The grave of One Valenzuela's mom is at Tierra Santa. And every time she goes there with her family, they see a lot of people walking and running around the cemetery's pathways. And so after a while, visiting Nanay there also doubles as exercise time.

Tierra Santa is located along Maysan Road. It can be reached in around 10 minutes via jeepney (Signage: Malinta Exit or Novaliches Bayan. Ride at the jeepney terminal near Mister Donut) from South Supermarket along McArthur Hiway.

UPDATE, February 2, 2014: A woman who regularly joins the aerobics activity in San Isidro told me that there are aerobics sessions here from Monday to Saturday at 6 a.m.
Is it safe to jog around here at 5am? :)
ReplyDeleteHaven't tried jogging as early as 5am here but when we come by 6:30 in the morning, some groups were almost done doing their routine. The place has security guards so I believe, it is indeed safe.

ReplyDeleteHi! Trying to loose some weight here too (salamat sa biyaya nung Pasko!). As of the moment, my only jogging buddy is my dog. You'll probably see us on weekend mornings at Puregold near San Isidro Labrador Church. Marami ding nagjajog, nagbabike, at nagbabadminton dun. Hindi ka naman maiilang. Medyo madalang kami magawi sa Tierra Santa ngayon eh. :) Let us hope na magka-park na talaga malapit sa atin.

ReplyDeleteNaku, marami nga pong nagjajog/walk, badminton, etc. sa Puregold. Masaya ako at okay ito sa kanilang management. Welcome and it's quite possible na nasa same location lang din tayo noon pa to run/walk, hindi lang magkakilala. :)
