A very dear friend of One Valenzuela recently tied the knot. They opted to have a simple but memorable after wedding celebration by bringing their guests over at Balanlay for a lunch buffet. One Valenzuela has been eyeing to visit this restaurant but she has been so busy nowadays. Now here is the perfect opportunity!
Lunch Buffet at Php200 per head |
Stylish set-up on a regular day |
Pretty good buffet spread: Soup, Rice, Fish with tausi, Squid, Chicken with shrimps, Pork menudo, Meatballs, and some Fruit Cocktail for dessert |
One Valenzuela has to mention that Balanlay's Squid stole her heart. |
For Php200 per head, Balanlay's buffet offering is quite a steal. Good food, great venue.
Lastly, best wishes to Abbey and David. Welcome to the married club! ^_^

Hi, One Valenzuela! :)
ReplyDeleteYou may also try to visit Don Eilbert's Diner in Chateau Valenzuela. It's a small restaurant that can sit 8-10 guests.
Very personal because Chef Edwin can always adjust his recipes depending on your preferences. He can also conjure a recipe if you want some that's not in his menu.
Unit 102 Athens Bldg Chateau Valenzuela, Lingunan, Valenzuela City.
He is serving almost 24 hours a day as long as there are diners in his restaurant. :)
Hi there ka-Valenzuelano! Thanks for dropping by.
DeleteOoooooh, would love to chomp at that Diner you just mentioned in Chateau Valenzuela. I've been to Chateau a few years ago to attend a kiddie birthday party. Salamat sa tip. Now I know what to look forward to when I go by Brgy. Lingunan. Gonna put that restaurant on my list.
I will be happy to accompany you there if you have time and if my schedule permits. :)
DeleteCool. :)
Deletedo we need to get a reservation if we're planning to come in group of let say 10 - 15 person?
ReplyDeleteHi, Jeanneth! I believe it's better that you call Balanlay first before going there to know if the place is open (holiday season kasi), being rented, etc.
DeleteThanks for dropping by and happy holidays!

ReplyDeleteHi! Haven't tried any restaurant/eatery serving seafood paella. A certain eatery serves arroz valenciana though, in Brgy. Balubaran.
