University of the Philippines Press Visit

Just recently, One Valenzuela was looking for a particular children's book which she was aching to read before her library work and teaching load go in full speed. This search led her to U.P. Press. Much to her dismay, the book was out of stock. Ouch.

While browsing through the various books on display, she found this:

The Filipino is Worth Blogging For by Angela Stuart-Santiago and Katrina Stuart-Santiago

A simple reminder that though she is now faced with a lot of responsibilities this 2015, all she has to remember is that "the Valenzuelano is worth blogging for". Kaya.

How to reach U.P. Press from Valenzuela City: Ride a bus from Malinta. Go down SM North EDSA (Php23.00). Ride a jeepney at the terminal with the signage "UP Campus" and ask the driver to drop you near U.P. Press (est. Php10.00). You will have to walk a few meters more before reaching U.P. Press.
