The only Lemon Square Bakery Treats branch located at Valenzuela City now boasts a modern and earthly look. One Valenzuela must say that the makeover is very much appreciated, since it warrants guests to stay at the store a bit more to eat some cake and have a sip of coffee while hanging out with friends.

Browsing through Lemon Square's website, One Valenzuela learned that it is a privately owned family business based in the country, founded by the husband and wife partnership of Mr. Errol Vergel De Dios and Mrs. Nina Vergel De Dios. It also has a modern facility in Meycauayan, Bulacan where around 500 employees work to deliver premium baked products. One Valenzuela also found out from an old job post that the company had its modest beginnings way back in 1985. That's 30 strong years!
The new interiors is a far cry from its previous look. |
Various baked goods displayed at the store. With the variety of breads, cakes, and cookies that the place offers, One Valenzuela is now so curious on how all these are made! |
What to buy at Lemon Square, you ask? Since One Valenzuela has been frequenting the place even before the renovation, she has to commend on the consistency and quality of several products offered by the store. Try their chocolate cake slices and baked macaroni. Lemon Square also sells beautifully decorated cupcakes, chocolate lollipops, and whole cakes (the chocolate variant is really good). One Valenzuela grabs some ensaymada when she visits the store too. The place also sells the mainstream cupcakes, baked goodies, and Selecta ice cream that you find in supermarkets.
Lemon Square Bakery Treats also offers chocolate lollipops of different designs. One Valenzuela loves the long stemmed chocolate roses every February. |
One Valenzuela reserved a cake for Father's Day last Wednesday. And she bets it's going to make this Sunday a bit more sweeter and memorable for the daddy of house.
------
Special mention to the warm and very accommodating employees of the branch. Keep it up!
