Craving for Japanese food? You might want to visit this fairly new Japanese restaurant that One Valenzuela found during a weekend eatsploring adventure at Barangay Poblacion.
SN'P & Roll began as an online business selling maki, aptly named Make.Eat.Maki., four years ago. It then changed to its present name last December 2014 which is a combination of the owners' initials- Saj, Nap, and Princess. After saving enough capital for a modest dine-in restaurant, SN'P & Roll formally opened its door to the public this March.

The restaurant offers appetizers, rice meals, "the dons"(gyudon, katsudon, oyakodon), noodles, maki, belgian waffle, and shakes. For first time visitors, Saj of SN'P and Roll recommends that you order their maki and ramen combos. Craving for some rice on your plate? You may also try SN'P and Roll's Cordon Teriyaki, a fusion dish inspired by Japanese and French cooking.

It is also interesting to know a bit of fact that Saj, one of the store owners, once worked and learned how to cook dishes from a Japanese chef in a well known Japanese airlines. Additionally, SN'P and Roll wants every customer to have a wonderful dining experience. "Mura, magandang service, at masarap na pagkain," Saj shared. (Affordable, good service, and palatable meals.)
