Seeing Things on a Clearer Perspective: New Pair of Eyeglasses from Ideal Vision-SM Valenzuela

Eye glasses has been part of One Valenzuela's life for one and a half decade now, playing a very important role in her daily routine. Being immersed in a type of work which involves reading books and facing the computer is really eye straining. Additionally, being enrolled in a graduate program which revolves around the analysis of theories about reading and concepts on children's literature increases the daily eye stress as well.

And so every once in a while, One Valenzuela has to visit an optics store. She has been to several well known shops in malls and the last time she ever visited one was last 2012. A change of lenses is definitely needed and so she tried to look for the last shop she has been to. Lucky enough, she easily found it by asking if the store has a database of her past eye examination four years ago. Ah, it is Ideal Vision Center in SM Valenzuela.

After the usual procedure of checking her eyes and paying a down payment, the pair of eye glasses is scheduled for pick up three days later. Sneaking in some valuable time on a work day is no easy task, amidst paper deadlines and other important chores but still One Valenzuela managed to be back at the mall. Sadly, the glasses are not yet available for one of the lenses cracked while being cut and so another one is being ordered which will arrive in the evening. Ideal Vision was not able to inform her about the incident for no contact number was left on the day she got her eyes checked.

Jeez, I cannot come again on the next few days. And I need it badly! Kalma lang.

Thus, the shop made an extra effort and expressed that they will have it delivered at work the next day. That's a relief! Nowadays, going out of your way to make a person's heavy baggage lighter is deemed rare to be experienced. The last time I had this type of service from a shop was when I purchased a pair of Wrangler Jeans way back in 2013. Staying true to their word, a personnel from Ideal Vision brought the glasses to her the next morning.
